Catch the Rainbow Manifests itself as a mask worn by Blackmore. it is white overall, and its marked by three colorful stripes crossing from its left eye to its right cheek. The stripes were designed to be a rainbow version of a hockey mask.

Powers and Abilities
Catch the Rainbow's most fundamental skill is the power to stop raindrops in their tracks and cause them to float in mid-air. He has three options for stopping raindrops: halting a few chosen ones, stopping many of them across a vast area, or form blades from them. If a victim moves through rain that Catch the Rainbow has halted, the raindrops will rip and pierce them, possibly inflicting deadly wounds. Blackmore can also combine with rain and turn it into water, becoming intangible and able to avoid gunshots. He can plug his wounds using raindrops and stem all bleeding, although this is only a temporary measure as the raindrops would lose the power enacted upon them should the rain cease.
