Appearance
Hey Ya! is a roughly humanoid Stand. Its head is shaped as an upturned bucket, marked on top by three concentric circles, and malformed eyeholes of uneven size. It wears a wreath of many small, hollow cylinders, and its lips are pierced by a row of short nails.

Pocoloco is a black man of average to above-average height and slim or medium build. He sports a thin horseshoe mustache.
He wears light clothes and a headpiece resembling a classic leather aviator helmet covered with distinctive elliptical pieces.
Powers and Abilities
Hey Ya! has no apparent abilities and is only seen cheering on Pocoloco and telling him what to do, people think that Hey Ya! grants Pocoloco luck but it was stated in Jojoveller by Araki that "A Stand that only gives Pocoloco more courage, right? It doesn't really do anything. It doesn't make you lucky, but it can help you feel more optimistic."
Conclusion
Hey Ya! isnt a very powerful stand and is more moral support than anything but it managed to help Pocoloco in the race when he was starting to doubt himself.
