Tusk Act 4 was first introduced in chapter 85 druing the Tusk story arc he was seen last in Chapter 95 in the Conclusion of Steel ball run
Appearance
Tusk Act 4 takes on the appearance of a humanoid figure, broad or square build; of articulated legs, arms, hands, and fingers. Its head is mounted in the front of its chest, and from the bottom of its chest hangs to its ankles a vestment comprising strings of vertical ellipses. Like Johnny, it wears a horseshoe on its forehead. The inside of its curtain-like body is hollow, and its face can move around

Tusk's Act 4 stand user is part 7's protagonist Johnny Joestar he is a crippled ex-jockey that has make it his lifes goal to collect the holy corpse parts so he can walk again. johhny aquired Tusk by merging with the left ar of the holy corpse and since then johnny made it his lifes mission to collect every piece of the holy corpse
Johnny is a 19 year old male his height is unkown because he is confined to a wheelchair and horse. he has dirty blonde hair and a medium frame build, he has a knitted cap on with a bird feather on the back with purple starts all throught the cap, he wears a blue tracksuit with purple stars covering his pant
Powers and Abilities
Tusk ACT4 is an embodiment of the Golden Spin, which allows for infinite energy and rotation. It can break through the dimensional barrier of D4C Love Train and enter the space in which Valentine hides. The damage caused by the rotation is probably infinite as well. If ACT4 touches someone, it imbues them with an infinite spinning motion, distorting their shape and spinning every cell in their body. The Spin goes on forever and never leaves the person or their stand, forcing them to return to the place where they were hit or its equivalent in each parallel dimension. Tusk act 4 can also transfer its energy between objects, as seen in Johnny's battle with Diego Brando and Funny Valentine's escape from Tusk.

Tusk Act 4 is a formidable Stand with incredible precision and versatility in combat. Its unique ability to imbude its opponents with infinite rotatonal energy, causing all of the cells in their body to spin and it can only be stopped by one johnny in the entire multiverse, this makes Tusk act4 an extremely deadly Stand.
